The online test trainers are purely online products. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your login details and can start your preparation immediately. As a rule, the email with the login details is sent immediately, or within 20-30 minutes of purchase at the latest. Occasionally, this email may end up in your spam folder.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you can send us an email requesting a cancellation (see the section "Cancelling an order") within the first 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

If you have decided to purchase a Plakos online test trainer, you simply need to pay and log in with your access data (which you will receive by email). You are not entering into any obligations! For a one-time payment, you can access your training content indefinitely – completely without a subscription or hidden costs!

Financial support for our online courses and state-approved programs (ZFU) is available through

• BFD (Federal Armed Forces Career Development Service)

In addition, the costs for the courses and programs can be claimed as income-related expenses in your tax return.
